Peru Cookbook
I collect cookbooks. I don’t know what it is about them, but I love pouring a glass of wine, cracking opening the spine of a new cookbook and spending hours dreaming of recipes and gazing at the food photography. I’m serious – this is my pastime. I can’t get enough cookbooks. Since my new cookbooks from Amazon arrived, i’m over the moon! You guys – I DIE at how beautiful these cookbooks are. They are like little pieces of art, with so much attention to detail. I ordered the Peru Cookbook and the Mexico Cookbook, both published by Phaidon Press. I hope to order the Greek and Thailand one soon, because if they’re half as good as these two, I’m all for it!
I haven’t made recipes from them yet but I can’t wait to share them with you when I do!
