I LOVE BAKERIES!!!!!
I feel like I don’t visit them enough, especially since we don’t have that many in Seaside, FL. I heard rave reviews about Persephone Bakery in Jackson, WY even before we arrived in town, so I knew we had to make a visit!
Persephone bakery is french inspired, serving tea in shabby teacups and enamel teapots as well as having their desserts on display for all to see as soon as you enter the cafe. It’s a girls dream – cinnamon rolls as big as your head, hot earl grey tea to shake off that 30 degree chill outside, tomato soup served in charming glass bowls, not to mention the inside is easy on the eyes. Soothing white and brown make up the interior and the wall is adorned with wooden spoons and mercury glass mirrors.
GOO GOO. GA GA.
Have a look for yourself. I will surely miss this dream of a bakery when I leave.
