Oh, Christmas Tree

As we were grocery shopping at Albertsons (only the best grocery store ever!!) we noticed that miniature candy canes were on sale. We figured since we wouldn’t be in our cabin for long, decorating our freshly picked tree with lights was out of the question! We needed something affordable and most of all, cute! So we purchased two boxes of candy canes and toted them home with glee.

The only problem with these “cute” candy canes (don’t let them deceive you) is that they’re individually packaged so we had to put some “thumb” grease into opening each one. What a task! In the end the tree turned out adorable and we had a toast on the balcony for all of our “hard” work. Ha!
